Quick note:  squelchy, it seems you may be operating under the idea that you have to always use the same deck.  You may change decks between games as often as you like (read rules carefully regarding de-sync's and replays, though) so long as all decks used get submitted to TO's after the match concludes and all must obey the Tournament rules.

Who would play RT skeleton anyway? I don't think I have never seen it being played in competitive PvP.

RT Skeletons can be used at high-gambling games. In a tournament with 1-atk creatures as the only damage sources, generating a big hitter is something. Same with Mutations. In this tourny, some decks have a true chance to shine, though everyone is going for Squids and/or Armagios cause we're power gamers without imagination.
