It is an open source of etg, new cards are added and tested and others already in game are being balanced.

It shouldn't be. Even Fippe agreed on having minimum 3 hours difference. (the oEtG tournament's host, in case someone was wondering why I mentioned him)

I really wanted to play in the first tourney back, but 3am and being tired already at not much past 10 means there's no way I can bring myself to stay awake for almost five more hours to participate.  I'm sure we'll get tons of participants for this first one back, though.  Maybe they'll even have to bust out the old preliminary round rules if we get enough!  That would be great...
