NOTE: You need just one presentable forum post to be allowed to join tournaments; you can post it here (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/introduce-yourself/). If this will be your first tournament, a Tournament Organizer will test your knowledge about the rules. So please be present in tournament room 30 minutes before the tournament starts.
NOTE: Tournament prizes has changed! Electrums are outdated, you can collect fractions of a Nymph/Mark Code by placing 2nd, 3rd or 4th. Here is the Google Sheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LN5KHK_effnMUh6yMWgytl97e7GwCIxKcexvT9X3B6E/edit?usp=sharing) where you can follow your progress.
Special Rules
- At the start of the tournament, a TO randomly selects one rule from each column below.
- Players then have 15 minutes to build decks. All decks must follow the 3 rules.
- After the 15 minutes are over, players must stop everything else and start searching for their opponents in the game.
- There is a twist! With each Decaying Potluck tournament, previously randomized rules will be removed from the table. This way, all rules will be used eventually.
Used Rules
- The overkill: Non-PPM Cards with 0 cost must take up 40-50%(rounded up) of your deck
- The off-prime: No cards that cost 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 or 13 quantum
- The balanced: must have an equal number of creatures and spells.

Longest tourney ever. Finished half an hour ago. :D Had multiple illegal decks due to horrid random rules, had to replay 2 games.

Sadly, Naesala had to quit in R2 before our G3. Thus DoctorC got the last round win over her, and this has also changed our score to 2-1.

Won against his Rustler deck, which was beefed with Sundials. A feared a bit of an OTK, but luckily he couldn't chain them forever,
my Seraphs were able to kick in the door. His first dragon got lanced.
For G2 he played an air SoFree deck. Didn't get a 2nd fractal for the Balls, but that Sky Blitz was just enough for the final blow.
But sadly this deck is illegal, due to missing 2 free cards. (Swapped them to have more ppms then simply didn't notice the problem.
Could have been solved by thunderbolts<->holy flash swaps.)
Because of this we had to play a G3 later. Not kidding: one of my worst rng experience. Sometimes I feel I can play anything,
Lady Luck will deny me. Dunno even how to start... I created a nice UG Dials variant with Blue Nymphs. What can wrong, right?
- Haven't got an HG in 15 cards... (Doc's deck was slow enough luckily, 1-2 Sundials were enough.)
- He drew ALL of his Shockwaves. All 6 in 19 cards. Which means 3 dead nymphs. I was able to put down 3 ugs which is just not enough.
- My 3rd Nymph came as card #24...
- And when did my 4th came? Fkin last card!
In 3 weeks I lost 2 trophies/codes due to horrendous rng. :(
Inb4 Oa pops up saying he had double UG bottomdeck against me in 12 Lives. :silly: Though that was a 5th game and meant only 2-3 from my perspective.
vs. Naesala
Used the immodeck against Naesala - she got unlucky because her Fire Shield arrived just one turn late, plus she was 1 quanta short of
dropping a Miracle.
For G2 I played a Mito RoL Hope hoping she won't play this deck again. Well. She played it. The thought of having Sundials
comforted me a bit, but this time I was on the wrong end of the rng. Both of my Nymphs were in the last 6 cards... :( She drew her Fire Shield
in the last third of the game, I was able to stall it for a while with the Sundials, but poor RoLs died soon, and I couldn't build up enough
dmg with the late Nymphs (plus she still had Miracles, but early Mito could have tricked it).
G3 didn't happen. :(
vs. DoubleCapitals
He played a funky sofree flying Dirk deck. I concocted this nice :earth deck, which stopped them quite nicely. Damsels came too late.
He surprised me with a 40 card deck (time-light stall). Thankfully, he wasn't ready for farty Nymphs, so no Reflect. Though he played a banned
card (SoD) late game it wasn't enough for him, 6 UG +creature damage did its job. Maybe it is a different game if his Eternity comes earlier
(though he was quite low an time quanta).

First official game since my hiatus and it was the most complex deck building rules and I didn't have access to a lot of viable cards cuz I don't have a ton of upgraded cards XD Oh well, it was fun.
It's been a day or two, so I don't remember the specifics. DC wrecked me with damselfly/Freedom deck that I just couldn't outpace. Wyand summed up our games pretty well, with me getting cruddy luck in round one and them getting cruddy luck in round 2. Those matches were a blast though. Sorry I didn't get to finish out the tourney.
