not much wacky here, was like BL but with a couple extra win conditions and a couple ban of commonly used cards. I used mainly monoaether, grabbow, and devtal. Most unique deck i came across was an SoV dial stall.

I wanted to vote "Yes I liked the idea, but major changes are needed", but the lack of this option made me vote on the only option that included major changes. I knew from the beginning that people won't try to go for the extra win condition, for the following reasons: Getting to 475 HP with only SoD is literally impossible. You can't do it. If you want to achieve it with Stone Skins, then you need minimum 70 quanta to pull it off in one turn with 6 Stone Skins. However, Earthquake was not banned, so i expected people to abuse it to deny earth quanta from those who actually tried it.

Now for suggestions, I have no idea. I'll leave it to the TOs to balance it if they are going to use it again, just please don't leave it unchanged. ^^"

I think, the easiest way to get these issues solved is to modify the HPs needed. Banning more cards seem difficult, so what about making it 300 max. HP / 40 max. HP? [...]

Instead of banning cards, you should make it compulsory to involve something in the deck. First i should delete the rule which doesn't allow building dark-light, dark-earth and earth-light decks. With Miracle banned, stalls are not a huge problem and to avoid strong dark-earth decks, i would ban EQ too, but that's just personal preference. Fractal is also a card that i'd consider banning, because both psiontal and devtal was a viable and nasty option. Unsure about dim shields, but with quanta denial in play, they didn't seem to be a threat at all.
