They've been clogged up for about 2 weeks now due to Higurashi being in China (behind a great firewall) where she doesn't have access to reward codes :P

My understanding was that she doesn't have access to the server to produce the codes anymore, ever since the server move.  (same reason spectate and trainer are down, most likely)  If it were just the great firewall of China that was the problem, it would be a five minute job for her to get around that by using a proxy server.
