 I suppose you meant 'Ice Shield' here and not 'Freeze' because the freeze spell always freezes the targeted creature. However, I still believe it doesn't worth the effort, except if you have tons of :water quanta (higher chance to freeze weapon and much higher damage to opponent's hp). I hope however you're right and I am wrong, because I like Ice Bolt as a spell and I find it underused.  :)
 Just a suggestion, put at least 6 Hopes into your decks, they're just so useful in this tournament!  :P :P :P
