1-2 Grav Merc Mito Adren vs. Mono Fire

Had no idea what to play. Horrible matchup. Feared UG but didn't want to dilute a deck with a bunch of Emerald Shields
(how the hell knows when do I draw them...). So tried to play something that can be a little faster than that. Yep,
mono fire is another option which Sub obviously chose, but since both CC and PC is scarce for a grav/life duo I chose
this route. I knew even an early SoFo would die quickly due to FB or SW. Game starts, I have 2 ppms, Sub has 5.
Thx, game over. I didn't quit, but it was already overwhelming. Mono Fire starting with 5 pends, having Fahren around T4...
