Updated the rules, standalone marks are banned. Also, in the future, you could consider them the same as pillars, unless specifically stated otherwise (for example, in this tournament all pillars but QP are banned, therefore all standalone marks are banned, as there is no 'Quantum Mark').
Your deck must obey one of these rules: No more than 3 cards from an element. At least 3 cards from an element.
Basically, you can do a more-concentrated rainbow with at least three cards of each kind, but, if you do that, all used non-pillar cards must have three or more copies. Oppositely, if you want a diverse-ish-ly rainbow, you could choose to use use three or less of cards, but all used non-pillar cards must have three or less copies.

As long as it is at least 3 cards of the same elemtents that should be fine, even if it 3 different cards, right? The rules say one thing, but Q/A says another.
It's pretty difficult to test my deck, since it presumes opponent has no earthquakes, no rewinds etc. I will make much more decks just to fight against them. Any other ideas?

Also, that statement seems to contradict several other statements in the rules and rest of the Q&A.
