I feel a strong disconnect -- contradiction -- between the title and the rules as highlighted by the above quote. You can sure have rainbow decks based on quantum pillars, but for a speed-bow you need some fast quanta generation such as nova or Immolation.

It seems strange to me that nova and immolation are banned when soul catcher isn't ... i might be mistaking though.

Lots of stally cards still left. If you want to make it a real speedbow tourney, just ban all forms of CC and shields.

Correct (though you can use less than three cards/more than three cards, but your whole deck would have to follow that rule).

What about marks?? they are in other cards right? are they allowed?

I would expect standalone marks to be banned unless otherwise mentioned for these rules.  They would circumvent the spirit of this ruleset, and for tournament purposes they are normally considered to be 'in-element' cards, even though in your collection they are in the 'other' tab.

Updated the rules, standalone marks are banned. Also, in the future, you could consider them the same as pillars, unless specifically stated otherwise (for example, in this tournament all pillars but QP are banned, therefore all standalone marks are banned, as there is no 'Quantum Mark').

Haha, who played against the Iancu in the BL, already know  what type of deck he thought when he gave this suggestion.
