Prizes

1st	7,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark + Trophy (Forum Icon)
2nd	5,000 electrum + Nymph/Mark
3rd	4,000 electrum
4th	3,000 electrum
5th	2,000 electrum
6th	1,000 electrum

Players who lose their quarterfinal (Top 8) matches will compete for the 5th and 6th place prizes in a mini-tournament. Prize-eligible players (namely, ones in the top 8) who leave the tournament without notifying the Tournament Organizer of their intent are considered to have forfeited their match, and also their prize.

NOTE: Players with fewer than 10 forum posts are not allowed to enter tournaments. Spamming low-quality posts to reach the minimum post count needed to participate will not be tolerated.

Special Rules

• Upgraded cards are allowed but not required.
• Shards are not allowed.
• Earth, Death, Darkness, and Other cards are banned (the elements' marks are still allowed, not the mark card however).
• Each deck must consist of one and only one element from each of Groups A, B, and C.
• 15 minutes before the tournament starts, one card will be announced for each of the nine elements, and your deck must contain exactly five copies of those cards if you are using its corresponding element (if your elements for the current match are Earth, Death, and Darkness, with the announced cards being Protect Artifact, Mummy, and Pest, then your deck must contain five copies of Protect Artifact, five copies of Mummy, and five copies of Pest).
• You are allowed to change decks and element combinations (as long as there is one and only one from each of the three groups).

Meet Ragnar. Ragnar is in this tournament and he decides to make a deck out of Entropy (Group A), Water (Group B), and Aether (Group C). 15 minutes before the tournament, an amazing and beautiful TO that shall not be named releases a list of cards, one for each of the nine elements. It just so happens to be that Entropy's card is Butterfly Effect, Water's is Flooding, and Aether's is Dimensional Shield (the TO may have been bribed by deuce). Now, to use a trio of Entropy, Water, and Aether, Ragnar must include five copies of Butterfly Effect, five copies of Flooding, and five copies of Dimensional Shield in order to keep his deck legal.

To answer the first part, you may only use the elements in each of the three groups (taking one and only one element from each group, with the three non-listed elements effectively being banned from the tournament, which I'll edit in shortly.

Every single game you play, you may use any different deck and combination (as long as the combination involves one and only one element from each of the three groups and the deck has five of the announced required card).

Nope. Shards, Other, Darkness, Death, Earth are the only cards explicitly banned.

Yup, as long as you choose exactly one element from each of the three groups, use only those chosen three elements, and include five copies of the card announced for your element.
