Is having a duo with 3 quanta types -the mark being different than either of the elements  of the cards used- allowed?

is duo? check.
no other possible quanta producers than pend (excluding basic mark)? check.
mark different than pend? check.

must be legal then.

Hmmm, I never even thought about this kind of combination of elements. Now I have ideas for other decks as well

I'm still confused as to what this rule means are you:

a) banning all cards that produce:

• quanta producing creatures
• permanents
• spells

b) banning all:

• cards that produce quanta producing creatures
• permanents
• spells

c) banning all cards that produce quanta producing:

• creatures
• permanants (although I'm not sure what cards fall in this category)
• spells (or this category)

And why is Trident banned - it breaks none of the rules

I think its all quanta-pruducibg creatures, all quanta-producing permanents like solar shield, all quanta-producing spells like Nova.

Blue Nymph is allowed (don't generate quanta). Tritend banned cause EQ is banned I guess.

Rule #4 seems to have banned: FFQ, Luciferrin, White Nymph, Nymph's Tears & Nymph Queen,

I'd guess trident is banned for reasons of extreme OP. I wouldn't want it running around.

Not sure but rule #3 could also mean: pendulums allowed, pillars not.
