There used to be an inbuilt spectate mode however when the pvp servers moved the dev didn't move the spectate mode over as well.

The rules look like a lot of fun, but I have a couple questions:

Terran: Could I use more than three types of permanents?  For instance, could I hypothetically run a deck that contained three of each rare weapon?

Protoss: Can I use more than seven copies of the high cost spells?  For instance, could I run 6 butterfly effect and 6 aflatoxin and 6 miracle if I wanted?

Actually, no.

The question is if someone could use, say 3 sky blitz, 3 antimatter, 1 fractal and say he has 7 copies.

You need either 6-1, 5-2, 4-3. You could also have 4 sky blitz, 4 antimatter, 1 fractal, that's also legal.
