So from my understanding "Other" cards are not limited by the minimum 10/maximum 30 per element, therefore all of these decks should be legal:

5 Other cards, 10 Gravity cards, 25 Earth Cards

10 Other Cards, 10 Water Cards, 10 Fire Cards, 10 Darkness Cards

10 Other cards, 30 Time Cards

40 Other cards

Upgraded cards and Shards are not allowed.
All rares and ultra-rares are banned.

Does this mean, that this time Dimensional Shield is allowed in decks?
