Decks I used:
Spoiler for Burst Breath:

Weird little thing.  Slight counter to Tridents, but a huge counter to Dims.  Didn't think the Fahrenheits would be all that useful, but I'd like to think they were largely responsible for me winning the second game versus Cheesy since the Tears decided to go and hide!  3-0 record.
Spoiler for Past and Future Trident:

Built this deck right before my match with Cheesy, after being inspired to make it while facing Jen (random bit of inspiration; Jen didn't use anything like this).  This is probably my favorite of the bunch just because of how nicely everything synergizes together.  1-0 record.
Spoiler for Hot-headed Tridents:

One of the first decks I built for this tourney.  The synergy is nice and it works decently as a counter to Antimatter, but I personally think the previous deck outclasses it a bit in some ways. 2-1 record.
Spoiler for Dimensional Jellyfish:

Built this in the event that I was expecting Dims/Wings to be used on me.  Served as a hard, hard counter during the one game it was used in.  1-0 record.
Spoiler for Fat Thing:

Despite being one of the decks I felt the least comfortable with mainly because the chance of fail drawing is higher, this one served me quite well. 2-0 record.
Spoiler for Lightning Overdose:

Didn't feel too good about this one either, but I still ended up using it.  The one time it did get used I just so happened to face a deck with Dragons as the only attacker, and had some trouble finding a second Psion.  Ironically, Lax also ended up using Fog here which was equally as useless. 0-1 record.

GGs all.  Only took me nearly 2 years to win one of these!

Decks I used:

Spoiler for Eternal Graboids (1-1):
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
590 590 590 590 590 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5f6 5f6 5f6 5f6 5f6 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5ro 5ro 5ro 5ro 5ro 8ps

Very proud of this one, though not so unique.  Expecting lots of combo decks that build over time (due to limit of 5 creatures - 10 if you fly a weapon which this counters even better) so went with Graboid to avoid hard CC and Eternity's for locking opponent (no shards = no SoB drawing and HG's would use up quite valuable permanent space so didn't expect much draw power in this tourney).  It worked perfectly in its debut hard-countering treebeard's Lycanthropes (W) and losing due to my stupidity in-game against Cheesy (incorrectly and wrongly was expecting CC that couldn't come by illegal or lack of quanta) by not popping the Graboids until WAY too late against a Bonewall and hard hitting Air creatures (x3) (L) for a 1-1 overall record.

Spoiler for Pharaoh's Bond (1-0):
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5c3 5c3 5c6 5c6 5c6 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 5f6 5f6 5f6 5f6 5f6 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5rs 5rs 5rs 5rs 5rs 8ps

Only used once - in 1st round match clinching win - but did what I wanted which was get out a creature-creator (Pharaoh) that is hard to kill and Deflag x5 opposing permanents (didn't get up to 5 in the match) with some healing (EB) to help stall until the Scarab army could over-take.  Overall record of 1-0.  Yeah!  :-P

Spoiler for Pharaoh's Titans (0-1):
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
55s 55s 55s 55s 55s 576 576 576 576 576 576 576 576 576 5f6 5f6 5f6 5f6 5f6 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5rs 5rs 5rs 5rs 5rs 8ps

Also only used once - in final game-losing loss in 2nd round match - and in that one moment of glory had a pretty poor draw against Cheesy's magical Dev-tal draw.  Opening hand?  Titan x4, Grav pend, Fire pend, Deflag x1.  Hence, Cheesy's Devourer spam prevented nary a card from leaving my hand except pendulums.  Overall record of 0-1.

Fun tournament despite (in my opinion) a fairly early exit compared to my expectations.  I had built those up way too high it seems - based on superb testing results by the first two decks listed.  I had 12 other decks constructed and tested ready to go but c'est la vie!  Thanks guys and girls - it was fun!

I am positively amazed by the variety of the posted decks. I really though that everyone was going for 5 Crusaders ( :light Creatures), 5 Flying Weapons ( :air Spells) and 5 Druidic Staves, Vampire Stilletos, Fahrenheits, Titans, Arsenics, Eternities, Lobotomizers and even Pulverizers or Tridents ( :aether :darkness :death :earth :fire :gravity :life :time :water permanents), especially Stilletos and Arsenics. Glad there was variety. :D
