Wait does that mean in those 3 matches when we're against (random person name), we cannot repeat the deck for each those 3 match AND the entire tourney? We only use our decks once each in the whole tourney? O.o
Also, does having a mark of another element count as duo element or mono? Or is that not allowed? E.g. Water Deck Chrysoras with Death mark.
To the first question - Yes.
To the second question - No. Only the element of the cards you use. For more information I suggest reading on the stickies on the Mono Deck Section, for example. It's

Quoting the definition :
The forum definition of mono-decks changed at one point in history and this seems to be a source of confusion. The current definition is "Cards from only one element and "Other". Mark is irrelevant.
The definition is not
decks that use only one type of quanta
decks that use only cards that match the mark, where no "other" cards are allowed.
decks that use one air card and 59 aether cards
Therefore, to know how many elements you have in a deck, please look at the elements that are in your deck. And even if the card costs non-elemental quanta, it is the element that matters. This is further explained with Animate Weapon, but since we're un-upgraded, a more practical example would be luciferin.
If you insert it into your deck, then your deck already has the light element in it.
