NOTE: You need just one presentable forum post to be allowed to join tournaments; you can post it here. If this will be your first tournament, a Tournament Organizer will test your knowledge about the rules. So please be present in tournament room 30 minutes before the tournament starts.



Special Rules

• Select an element before each opponent. That will be your Main Element during that round.
• At least half of your deck (rounded up) must be of your Main Element, including PPMs.
• During the first game against an opponent, players have access to 10 upgrades.
• During the second game against an opponent, players have access to 20-X upgrades. X is the number of own upgrades used in Game 1.
• During the third game against an opponent, players have access to 100-5X-4Y upgrades. Y is the number of own upgrades used in Game 2.
• Nymphs, shards, Earthquake, Black Hole, Devourer, Fog Shield, Dimensional Shield, Miracle, Sundial and Graboid are banned.

A: Not for all rounds. You must use the same Main Element against each opponent, but you can switch your Main Element between opponents.

Q: Does the mark card have to be the chosen element?
A: The deck mark can be anything.

My 100 upgrade decks are finally viable!

In case you are wondering about the formulas for upgrades: unused upgrades in g1 are added to allowed upgrade totals in both g2 and g3; unused upgrades in g2 (including the ones you got to the allowed total from g1) are added 4 times to the allowed total of the last game (provided it even happens).

Your allowed totals will never shrink until the end of the match, so if you use all upgrades your total in the next game will be the same (unless you arrived at the next opponent ofc).

Not for all rounds. From the rules: "That will be your Main Element during that round."

To clarify, you must use the same Main Element against each opponent, but you can switch your Main Element between opponents.
For example, if you start using Time as your Main Element against kaempfer13 in Round 1 game 1, then you must use Time in game 2 and game 3 too against him (still in Round 1). In your next duel, you can change your Main Element if you want to.

The deck mark can be anything.
