Why is every aether card except for spark now banned? There's definitely a conspiracy going on here. Also, something tells me it's the same person banning dagger, shield, aflatoxin, acceleration, cockatrice, flooding, and Anubis. Like is someone actually afraid of flooding? You know, this may be an unpopular opinion but I actually think Tower Shield is a decent card. Shield though is just garbage.

I think we got all the important bans, some unnecessary ones, some elements were completely shafted (lol aether), but it isnt unusual for elements to be unplayable in a tournament. We got about the right range of bans, so unless  things turn out to be completely unbalanced, I wont change those bans.

Now, a question of practicality: It's probably annoying to have to scroll past the poll every time.
These are possible solutions:

• Leave as is
• Leave this thread as is and make a new post with the bans and without the poll
• Save the results in a googlesheet and delete the poll.
• Other

I'd vote for either option 1, or 3 or 4. There should be some type of record saved for what cards were chosen/banned, whether it is in the original poll, a gdoc, or make a table or list within the OP with all the results.

I guess I should clarify 2: It would leave this thread as the thread with the polls and  make a new thread with just the bans, where you people post your match results then.

I can tell you it wasn't all the same person. You can thank me when you don't lose to the OP shield or cockatrice though

I voted for Acceleration from those. I would not consider it a weak card at all.

I vote 3 or 4 (=Make a table about which cards got 1, 2, 3,... bans and delete the poll). Back in the days, we went with 1, though the optimal solution would have been creating the poll in a different topic.
