Mono Darkness was great in this tourney. It's efficient, versatile, and does not often get bad draws. Plus, most of it's best counters were banned: Grabbow, Sanc Firestall, Discord, and Miracle/SS. This went 4-1.

Flying Titans is a really powerful deck. It can often kill in just 7 or 8 turns, barely being phased by CC. Its best counters, reverse time, rushy denial, and hard rush, were not very easy to do with these rules. This deck was 2-0.
