the first thing I think of is the amount of ridiculous cc the meta provides, and the non-upgraded creature the shard of serenipity provides. if it is non-upgraded, the creatures not that powerful. I try making small decks which need 40% of it( acording to rules) , but it did not work. In the end I switch to stall using the cc and shards to my advantage, and makes a stall. Of course I added 2 steam machine and 2 quints, and it is the right direction since these 2 creatures save me a lot of times. essentially it is all the same thing. the most valuable player here will be the thorn carapace and the life shards. These 2 combined are very powerful. After that, I needed to break a stall, because most players, then try to create a bigger stall than me. That is where the steam machine comes in. I want to use lava golem at first, then I think nah, steam machine uses fire too
My tactic is just the same, if I do not need the steam machine I wont use it although i have it, so that when opponent try to beat me with a bigger stall the next game, I can end it with steamies. I cannot remember which opponent but it works.
the only tweak I add is a momentum in my very last game against kakerlake, since I saw him using momentum quinted entropy dragon. I figure adding a momentum won't give it a harm, but further gives my creature a way to bypass shield should my pulvy fail to handle it.
EDIT: final mark? or a nymph for finals? decision... decision.. Guess I will take a mark if I did not end up in finals I guess
