I didn't make it to this tourney, but looking at those available cards, I think that this is the best deck, and doesn't really have any counters.  Nothing else is as fast, with the possible exception of very lucky mutations, which isn't consistent, and nothing can really counter it, since there's so little CC or shields.  I'd likely have played this every game, or a very close variant (+1/-1 dragon, or elite fireflies for faster/less quanta required or something)

Well, you could play a 31-card Rage Elixir & Siphon Life duo.
Or stall with a Cat-Graveyard-Bond trio. 8)
