At the start of every round, i will select 3 elements. You must use those elements in your deck. so if i pick       , you must make decks using only those elements.

Anyone else see something wrong with this?

kk now more questions.

1. do we need to use all of those marks in a round
2. is this about the mark or the cards that are allowed to use form a certain element, say you choose (     ) are you only allowed to use cards from      or are you only allowed to use the marks      or  both?

Hm no one has answered yet : Can you make mono deck using one of those 4 elements ? Or it has to be rainbow deck with all 4 elements included?

You should read better, instead of looking at the elements.

how about cards like unstable gas, does it count as using wind and fire?

There is no specific rule on the use of marks so this definitely needs clarification. In the example given, can i make a deck using the elements       and use another element for my mark, say  ? or do i have to use one of the four?

From what the rules say, I'd say it is like this.
Only  .
You can't evolve graboids.
If you use evolve graboids because you are using time, which is not allowed.

It can be mono.
I can do mono-aether, mono-air, mono-darkness, and mono-earth. I am only using decks with the elements allowed.

You probably can't, you can only use the four elements chosen. Your deck would use entropy, which is not allowed.

Seems that way to me too. Would be nice to actually include the word "mark" in the rules, though.
