Special Rules
Upgraded cards are not allowed.
All decks must be trios.
Each element in each deck must have at least 25% of the total cards in the deck belonging to their element and no more than 40%.
No shards allowed.

I think you should put a table of the 25% and 40% amounts for each deck size. I don't want people to win a tournament because they don't know how to do math.

If I have a 30 card deck. And 6 Pillars/Pendulums/Mark are Fire and I have 2 Fire Creatures/Spells/Permanents/Weapons   then those are the 8 cards of 1 element? or does it have to be 8 Creatures/Spells/Permanents?
