Reverse Times were allowed in the Fate Egg/Mutation tourneys and they became the Meta, and somewhat ruined the fun. I like the rushy feel of this tourney.

Lightning bolt is never and could never be called buff. You cant rule a card based on use, it have to be on effect, going the other way is logical fallacy. Let me illustrate: If you base a cards designation on its use, which is what have been done with rage for example then blessing is control vs antimatter, plate armor is cc because it stops creatures in combo with gravity shield. Adrenaline would become control due to killing with poison. Endow would become CC PC and Heal as it is possible to get them all.

The wording of the rules are hinky at best. Allow the missed buff cards or restate the rules as you missed several buff cards.

What Gravity Shield? Stick to the tournament at hand, in this tournament it cannot be used as CC.

You aren't going to convince me with arguments that don't apply to this tournament or random misplaced insults of logic fallacy.
Nowhere does it say CC is allowed either, but I'm done defending the choice of cards if these are the best arguments you can come up with.

I was talking from the point of view of all cards.

You still base the argument of a cards designation upon use not effect. Thats a logical error. In that case there are no buff cards, that was what i was illustrating.

The only CC cards in this game are the bolts, shockwave rof thunderstorm plague and pandemonium. Then there are other cards with secondary effects like creatures and perms with skills.
