To clarify, you must have atleast one Pillar or Mark card of every element and atleast one non-pillar, non-mark, non-pend card of each element. You may play Pendulums but they do not count towards either restriction. Cards are restricted to 2 copies each and Mark cards count as being the same as their respective pillars so you may not have more than 2 Mark cards and Pillars total for any element.

ya, and what, 7 water quanta for the tear.  So which mark do you choose, gravity to use the nymphs skill or water so you can make sure you can play the tear when you get it. 

But it should still be banned anyway, any other tourney that bans blackhole/nymph bans tears just so you can't in any way get the nymph.

Just checked and they added this to the ban list.  I'd been really hoping they wouldn't ban them, since I have two nymph queens, but I'm not really surprised, since everybody and their mom would be trying to get that first amber nymph out with tears.
