Special Rules
Upgraded cards and shards are not allowed.
All decks must be made from 4 elements and all 4 elements must have between 20-40% of the cards in the deck.
Immolation, Nova and Quantum Pillar are banned.

nymps/tears are allowed? also,what about 'other' cards and quantum pillers? are they 5th or 4th element?ie,4 x 20% + 20% of others?

Should be legal yes.

Actually in the evening I'm with my gf and in the early (10 AM) day I have RL stuff to do so for me 7 AM or 1 AM is perfect you get it ?

Are Other cards (non-shards) allowed?

QP is now banned. Other cards are not part of any element, and as such don't count toward the elemental requirements. Pillars and pends of an element are part of that element, as are Mark cards. Ability costs do not affect a card's native element.
