Don't these rules make Rainbow decks kind'a too powerful compared to mono/duo/trio decks? It's like yelling at everyone: Add freaking 6x BH!

If it were forced to use x Copies of each used card for x Elements used, it would actually allow folks to use like a duo deck over a weird Rainbow. Or use said Rainbow for the uber lulz (yay for 60 cards lolBow).

1 Element in the Deck -> no more than 1 Copy of each card.

That is why there are two tourneys, the western tourney starts at 2 P.M. your time.

one question ..... if the card i am using ( for example,  pulverizer) does it consider two elements or not..... if the player is using pulverizer but not using any :gravitytower to generate the  quanta for its ability ,is it considered one or two element??

Pulvy is a earth card so it count as an earth card. If you don't play a gravity card you won't have gravity card, no matter about the capacity your creature/permanent may have.

For example lycantrope count only as an entropy card, not as darkness and entropy
