Gonna be participating in this one. Keeping unuped cards has always felt counterintuitive, hope there are some uped tournaments in future.
one upped tourney every month

Why do you never have tournament where you can have upgraded cards. I've never been in a tournament, and I have 6 upgraded cards. This is really annoying me, because I have no rare weapons other than the one I upgraded. Also, there should be tournaments with a limit, other than 0, to how many upgraded cards, like 10 (please) or 20. Or a minimum amount of cards (please 40, I hate speed decks) you can have in your deck. Or  :entropy only.

You may be better off competing in unupgraded tournaments if you only have 6 upgraded cards because you will run into fully upgraded decks frequently in upgraded tournaments.

Hmmm. Weird. I'm sure we have them. One tournament every month (One tournament out of 4 tournaments) are upped. Any upped cards. You can even go fully-un-upped.

I've never been in a tournament, and I have 6 upgraded cards.

Well, I'll give you a tip and say you're better off farming more upped cards if you want to go for the upped tournaments (That as I have already said, yes, we DO have.). Lots of the decks in those tournaments are fully upped.. but of course there are those who go fully un-upped, but I've yet to see one win.

This is really annoying me, because I have no rare weapons other than the one I upgraded.

I'm yet to see a tournament that requires a rare card to be played, so (except for the ones that we give decks and you must use them), that wouldn't make much of a difference.

Also, there should be tournaments with a limit, other than 0, to how many upgraded cards, like 10 (please) or 20.

Sounds good. Just can't be "Minimum ammount of upped cards" because many people wouldn't join.

Or a minimum amount of cards (please 40, I hate speed decks)you can have in your deck
I'm sure we had those. Or if we didn't, I'm sure that a PVP Event called "Phat Deck" existed and happened.

Or  :entropy only.
Hmm. Nah. We had mono x mono tournament (I believe it was the one I won, but that was a loooong time ago), but one element only is just too boring. We'd just have something like a "Who gets discord first?" war.

Sounds like an interesting tournament.

Now to figure out how to actually use the new cards...

I hate to say this, but isn't this tournament partially based on trust? Because you wont definetely know that your opponent has 6 copies of a new card, they might just have 1, or maybe even none.

We're a pretty mature and trustworthy community all around, and yes ithe tourney is largely based on trust and the sportsmanship of your opponents.

Make a screenshot if you think something is wrong or your opponent is breaking rules ;)

All tourneys and PvP Events are based on trust, since you can't, for instance, normally prove that a deck has 50% of one element. They may have snuck in a 16th card of one element in a 30-card deck. Now, if you can make them deck out on the other hand, you can prove it, but that's quite the tedious process of taking screenshots.

Major rule evasion is easy to spot, even in Spectate, though. It's rarely a problem in this community.
