Since additional deck-size-rules aren't mentioned anywhere, I asume you can use a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 60 cards per deck.

Methinks that if I were able to participate in this, a Pharaoh/DuneScorp/Momentum deck would be a surefire winner.  But these things never turn out like I think they will.
