FAQ:

Q: What is this tournament based on?
A: The original idea of this tournament was to ban all cards who cost at least 4 quanta.
Since the goal was to spam creatures I thought banning mass CC and allowing creatures that spawn creatures would help with that

So it looks like all of the creatures with a cost >3 is banned, plus a couple other cards for balancing purposes?

Oh, and I can finally enter not only this, but both eastern and western.
