No upgraded cards are allowed.
All pillars and pendulums except for quantum pillars are banned.
Immolation, Soul Catcher, Black Hole, Amber Nymph, Nymph Queen and Nymph's Tears are banned.

I like it! Deck-building should be fun. Though I imagine some people won't like it because of the potential for lots of stalls.

Yep, not banning Nova really means you'll see lots of rush grabbows I'd expect.  Also some popular counterdecks to them.  Should be really interesting to see what develops.

Immo clearly goes into the Fire direction rather than the Rainbow direction, but how is Nova not related to Rainbows? :P
