You should at least make it so everyone has to have 6 copies of spark/ball lightning in there decks since its the whole point of the tournament.

SS is a good point. SoD can stay though.
I contemplated forcing people to use a certain number of Blights, but some only need 2 or 3 for certain combos. Doesn't really affect much.
