I may be missing something but these cards are not banned in the rules; but are not listed in the pictures of legal cards:

Butterfly Effect
Poison
Catapult
Enchant Artifact
Earthquake
Flying Weapon

In addition this list of cards does not technically break any rule as written - I assume they were banned to prohibit creature from having more than 2 HP.

Lycan
Vulture
Plate Armor
Fate Egg
Nightfall

Fire Sprit is a growth creature so shouldn't it be banned? Or is that only for cards the have the specific Growth active skill?

I will be cleaning up these rules. We do not ban potential stuff with blanket rules; therefore Lycan, Vulture and Fate Egg need separate rules (while "growing" may apply to them in a thematic sense, it's too similar a term to the actual ability "Growth").

As for Fire Spirit, the theme is to have low HP, so Ablaze is fine.

Edit: done. Theme is now intact. Tourney time was also wrong; now fixed.
