Special Rules
Upgraded cards and shards are not allowed.
Players will be given a list of cards 15 minutes before the start of the tourney that they can use in deckbuilding.
All pillars and pendulums can be used in deck building.

This might be a dumb question, but can I participate in an Eastern tournament even if I'm clearly supposed to be in the Western ones? It's just that I'll be busy during the day on Saturday, but would probably be able to play late night/really early morning on a Friday/Saturday. (And I also know I don't have enough posts yet, but I'm hoping to by the time this tourney starts, and definitely by the next one.)

YW, also it's very easy to do 15 usefull post in a day, just find some interressant topic/deck and give your opinion about it in more than 3 words..
