Special Rules
Upgraded cards are not allowed.
All decks must be duos with the Mark of a different element than the Pendulums.
The only quanta producing cards allowed are pendulums.
No cards that produce quanta producers allowed (Firefly Queen etc.).
No Discord or Earthquake allowed.

Interesting idea.  Not quite as limiting or focused as a lot of the recent tournaments...

What qualifies as a duo?  What if you have a deck that's basically just mono-fire with fire mark and fire pendulums, but 1 life pendulum in there (and no other life cards)?

Also shouldn't firefly queen be banned?

Updated list of bans and rules, also added the rule that the mark must be of a different element than the pendulums to prevent a "duo" with one off element card as a dead card.

Light Nymph is a Light creature that makes other creatures generate Light quanta. Since this doesn't generate quanta of a different element, it would have nothing to do with being banned for breaking the duo-ness of the event.

The deck is a duo since it only has cards from 2 elements and it's allowed since the mark isn't equal to any of the pendulums either. But yes, the deck has to be a duo, you can't use cards from 3 different elements (so adding any water cards to the example deck makes it illegal).
