A good way to test every deck you use is to try to beat AI3. You can also try to beat people on PVP or try and ask people to face you in a Duel with the rules of the tournament. You don't really need to ask if the deck works, because some will predict it and then counter it. Just sayin'.

PS : There's a site that I can't remember, that turns the deck code into image. I'll try to post it here once I get it or remember it.

If you want to use more than 30 cards in a PvP deck, you need some kind of 'Stalling' (Shields, Healing) something to stop the enemy from attacking you.  It looks like you tried to combine two deck ideas into one deck.  Anything can work.

Just be registered in Elements Chat and be in Tournament Room 1 at least 15 minutes prior to the start time and make sure you stay there.  It's as simple as that
