Special Rules
- Players can only use non-upgraded cards. Upgraded cards are not allowed!
- Players will be given a list of cards 15 minutes before the event starts, and they can only use those cards for deck building
- You can use any number of pillars and any number of any of the cards below within game limits.

I changed it to make more sense.

Basically what is going to happen is that we will provide players with a list of cards 15 minutes before the tournament starts. They then have to build decks using only those cards. It's about fast deckbuilding skills.

When picking the cards to be used in the tournament please let pillars be their own thing.  If anyone has ever played an unopened M:TG booster pack tournament then you know what I'm talking about.

In those tournaments players bring their own land(quantum) and can use as much of it as they desire.

I think we should do something similar for this tournament.  Lets pick random cards through them out there and let the players know that they can use whatever pillars and mark they want.

Well seeing as they're unupped shouldn't be hard to buy them.

yea not really, but it kind of breaks the idea "Tournaments are for beginners and veterans" since all beginners don't have 2k coins :S
