Flying weapon decks!
your deck must include at least 4 weapons of any kind and 4 flying weapons, they can be anything from daggers to morning stars.

Yes, that's United States' east coast time. However, the world is divided into an Eastern and Western Hemisphere; the U.S. is located in the Western one.

The idea of "flying weapons" isn't bad, but the fact that this tournament is unupgraded is very limiting. Unupgraded Flying Weapon costs 1 Air Quantum ... so every single deck is going to have to produce Air Quanta to be effective. The tournament will be pretty 1-dimensional at this rate ...

Definitely 100% I think upgraded Flying Weapons should be allowed. Maybe those are the only upgrades allowed. Heck, every tournament is no-upgrades ... it's a little unnecessary. Most people can afford to upgrade a card or two for a tournament if they don't already have upped FWeapon, and frankly it's a pretty darn useful card to have upgraded anyway so it would be worth their while.

tournaments are supposed be "newb friendly" Its not that hard to generate 1 air... you can use mark, nova, quanta tower, immol, ext ext.
