Special Rules
No upgraded cards!
You must use the newest cards (gargoyle, wings, Steam engine, or pandemonium) and each deck has to use at least a total of 6 copies of those 4 cards. The other 24 may have any other cards of your choice.
Any cards may be used (unupgraded)

I'm not saying that there are cheaters in tournaments but this is definitely exploitable. There is always a possibility that you can win without ever having to play any of these cards. Either you didn't draw it or the card will slow you down. To exploit this, you could add only 1-2 pieces and claim you didn't draw it.

I think there should be a rule that you have to play 2 of these cards to claim the win. If you win without playing 2 of these cards then your opponent gets the win. It'll also add another level of strategy to deck building and the featured cards would actually be central components to each deck.

6 copies of all 4 cards(equaling 24 cards) or 6 copies of at least one of those cards?

you must have 6 of the new cards TOTAL so you can have 3 wings and 1 panad and 2 gargoyles

Also, I agree with homo that these rules can be exploited. Someone could add only 3 pandemoniums in his deck and there is absolutely no way for anyone to know for certain that he isn`t a cheater.
But I guess most people will play fair and honestly.
Oh one more question. In general tournament rules it says I can change decks any time- so I guess it is OK to play your first deck in game 1, then switch to your deck number 2 in game 2 and then decide to play deck number 1 again in third match?

No upgraded cards means no cards that have been upgraded, you can use nymphs, rare weapon or even unupgraded shards.

Yes you are allowed to use the same deck as many times as you want, and you can change during a match but NOT after a desync
