Its the 3rd week of September so the theme will be 3.

- No more than 3 copies of any card in your deck besides pillars and pendulums
- No more than 3 elements in your deck
- No upgraded cards

Tournaments usually last anywhere from two-four hours, depending on the rules.

Thanks! So, I guess I'll... hang on a second... I'm on EST, so won't the tournament happen around 1:00 in the morning, or do I have my Forum Time set wrong?

You are correct, it would start at 1 AM for you.  You should try to join the Western tournament, it will be at a much better time for you.

When I am on EST (right now) I agree with Plastique.

when I am on PST, I agree with Dragoon.

My first tourny was back in Cali this summer because it was at a reasonable time. EST doesn't work for me. 1AM is too late and 10 AM is too early (If I go out or do anything Friday night...)
