What about banning Nymph's Tears, so Antimatter can't be used that way either?

That's a good point. Would that include Nymph Queens as well?

Also, would certain Nymphs count as buff cards, since they have built-in reusable buff effects? Or are buffs only considered Spells?

And where does that leave Nightfall | Eclipse?

That's what happens when a non-TO makes a deck image; people get confused. Adren is on the list, and after discussing with the other TO's we're banning Nymph's Tears, Nymph Queen, and offensive pump spells. It's too bad we can't just ban specific usage of some cards like Tears.

As for Nymphs, feel free to use them, but they won't be counting as a buff spell.

Yep, and only it's upgrade will count as a buff, not Chaos Seed itself.

Shouldn't Chaos Seed (unupped) be banned, since Pandemonium is also banned? Rewind is part of its possible effects.

Guess I dealt with that in chat only. Banning only an unupgraded version confuses people. Chaos Seed isn't nearly as powerful as Pande, so I didn't bother.
