- No Mark Cards allowed (rare mark cards from tournament wins)

Added this to prevent the loophole of using fire marks for example (they are other cards) they could have been used to build unstable gas deck or Steam machine decks etc.

Marks are other?? Never knew that... Maybe they should change it to mark cards are *element of card*.
