Special Rules
No upgraded cards allowed.
Trial-based battles.
Each deck must be centered around one element, of which most cards will have to be. Here's a table on the amount of cards you are allowed of cards from other elements.

You are allowed to change decks like usual in tournaments, and those decks may be focused around different elements. Your deck can have any mark.

FAQ

Q: Does your mark have to match your main element?
A: No, you can use any mark you wish.

Q: Do all off-element cards have to be from the same element?
A: No, they can be of any element or even "other" cards.

Well at the table you can see the number of off-element cards, all other cards belong to the "most".

It would be interesting if we incorporated the bans from each element, but that would be hard and should probably just be for another tourney. Oh well, looks exciting.

This tourney is actually based on phase 2, the phase that didn't have any bans.

Just to clarify, how do other lands count?  Pendulums?  Other: weapons?

I am assuming all count towards your off-element cards with the exception of same element pendulums correct?

I'm not too sure of the stance on Other cards (Dagger, Shortsword, Hammer, Shortbow), but I can give a ruling on Pendulums.

Example: Let's say that my main element is and I wanted to play a Fractal Phoenix deck. If I included Fire Pendulums, then they would be treated as off-element cards (since their base element is ), regardless of what my mark is.
