Did you try to edit the vault before I did? I remember you saying that you'd edit it 4 hours before deadline, but when I noticed that the vault wasn't updated, I updated it.
Don't worry, I update according to my personal spreadsheet, so there shouldn't be any mistakes even if only a part of your changes saved or whatever else.

But it is strange your edits always resulted in strange events. Do you always remember to use File->Save after you finish edits?
