Thanks SnoWeb - the Utility looks great - I have one idea to improve it - but it might not be worth the work involved.
Is it possible that it could accept or generate deck codes from the tables?

It seems like that might be too much work - but I figured it can't hurt to ask.

guys idk if anyone have you looked at this event card but is this something we want to look into with deckbuilding? or even wanting to use i only say this because of are lower vault standing but i guess this is something we should discusss

It might be a good idea to sacrifice some of our steals.  We don't need 12.

The question is, though, which cards are seriously effected by being upgraded.  Is there a card with a big enough difference between unupped and upped, to the point where the change is warranted?  For something like plague or otyugh, I'd definitely do it.  Maybe for Devonian dragons...
