New round is not up still, but doesn't hurt thinking about new decks, discards, spoils etc.
Let's start with listing the decks and some of my thought about them:
Spoiler for Discard:
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4vh 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 52q 590 590 590 5og 5rg 5rg 5rg 5rg 5ri 5ri 5ri 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 77g 77g 7dm 8pm
By discarding all time cards, 1 Lycanthrope, 1 Arsenic and 1 Fog shield we can keep the deck alive. I know these are nice rainbow splashes but can't really spare deflag (one of the reasons it lost in the first place was not having enough in vault for 2), can replace arsenic + lycan with Vampire Dagger, Fog Shield with Lightning and throw in something else (Explo/Frog). We can transmute back the Eggs since they are our only 3. RTs are lost but we averaged about 8 RTs per round so far (out of 15)
Spoiler for Salvage:

Deck import code : [Select]
5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5ie 5ie 5ie 5ig 5ig 5ig 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5up 5up 5up 5v1 5v1 5v1 7gk 7gk 7gm 7gm 7gm 7i6 7i6 7tb 7tb 8pt
If we salvage all the Darkness cards we can both field another Ghostmare and possible keep a Steal for splashing into a bow (upgraded) rest looks good for transmutation and conversion imo.

Spoils: I suggest 3 nightmares, 2 steals 1 Vampire Dagger. It's barely enough to call it a ghostmare.

Both dims and fractals are good, and we could salvage devs just in case we find some nice darkness cards to go with them, but they won't serve any immediate use.

Spoils: 2 Dimensional Shield, 4 Fractals

Deck import code : [Select]

Lightnings are awesome for splashing into just about everything that can play them and we can use BWs for our pdials. we could even salvage 1 spider to splash into rainbows, but meh. Convert and transmute! (we need our marks/Nymphs back <3) Oh, keep fractals ofc.

Spoils: 2 Lightnings rest time cards

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]

By salvaging 3 Hope, 5 Photon, 1 Light Dragon, 1 Aether Pend and 4 fractals from somewhere we can build RoL Hope:
Spoiler for RoL Hope:
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5la 5lk 5lk 5lk 5rl 5rl 5ro 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 5t2 622 622 622 622 63a 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 8pu
Unless we need rest for transmutes/conversion some spare aether pillars/pends for future aether duos could be nice (Dim deck that don give a damn about eqs).

Spoils: Time cards

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5bs 5bs 5bs 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 5de 622 624 624 624 624 7ae 7ae 7ae 7ae 7ae 7ae 80i 80i 80i 8pu
Frogs, fractals and silences are all yummy, just transmute/convert the rest.

Spoils: 1 Silence, rest Time cards

For time cards from spoils (15) I'm thinking 6 Sundials, 5 Time factories, 4 Time Pendulum.

I think it's fair to say we can transmute the maximum amount of cards from each deck: 10 cards total of which I would recommend:
  • 3 Fate Eggs
  • 1 Deja Vu for TLS
  • 2 Procrastination for 4 total
  • 1 Marks of Time for 5 total
  • 2 Pharaohs for 6 total
  • 1 Golden Nymph for 6 total
Also probably convert to max (haven't ran all the numbers yet) for both a nice buffer as well as getting rid of useless pillars/pends from other elements.

Since I was bored, there's nothing else to do for war and I couldn't sleep I got to thinking about these specific decks and I'm thinking:
  • Froggie deck doesn't seem to actually add anything to our current decks (most specifically mono time, since frogs don't fly, devonians do, and something with Graboids is probably faster), is inconsistent (compared to a mono in quanta, pillar/pend split makes it even worse) and needs 6 upgrades to even have a chance at being faster, not my favorite :p
  • Lightning Splash: Same story about consistency and I think it has far too many pendulums compared to pillars. Even 2-3 might be enough.
  • PDials with BW seems good enough, except again consistency. I strongly suggest not putting that death pend in there but maybe a time pend, perhaps making a factory a pend, too, if you're concerned about the amount of :death generation. This deck can survive a 1 pillar draw with rest death cards but 1 death pend draw with rest time cards = gg (and you have to keep in mind: with the current number of quanta generators 1 pillar/pend draws are all but unlikely).

My opinion isn't worth much but I need to say that I -really- like the idea of lightning splash. Although I'd personally prefer something more silence-like (could help the over-all rush more IMO?)

Round is up - we'll be facing :entropy, :aether, :fire, :death, :air and :gravity - and we can use 9 upgrades in the matches between :entropy, :aether and :air.

Some very sudden and immediate thoughts on decks:

:air - Ghostmare could keep up with Jenks fav deck to play this war - UGNymphs.

:entropy - Ghostal (6 dim version?) can beat most of their decks (I don't see them play yet another pandebonium) which is not PC-flooded. Ghostmare #2 is another possibility. Or PDials. I just hope they won't play the DBHbow versus PDials.

:aether - We've played two stallish decks versus them. Not sure if they are expecting us to keep that streak or change things up. RoL/Hope could do good if not for Psions. Unsure.

:fire - Pharaohbow should be fine, I'm predicting a mono or some death dominon.

:death - TLS could and should win.

:gravity - Grabbow should do a fine job - packed with PC cards.

I'm just gonna post that the most common thing we could expect from Gravity is anything with Catapult. So that "packed with PC cards" should be "Packed" as in extremely packed, since the most common counter gravity has to Time is Catapult (due to RT pretty much majorly screwing everything else they have.)

Alternatively they could also decide to eff that strategy up by running something like a fractal guard or fractal charger. Depends.
