Since I may not get a chance later, here are just some rough thoughts on what to salvage and discard.
Salvage:
Don't bother salvaging Holy Lights. It's obvious that Darkness and Death are both being smart about this weakness of theirs. And really, Lightnings and RPs can kill their creatures almost as easily as HL and they're more flexible. I'd say take Aether Pillars for a Fractal Scarab deck or Aether Pendulums for a Quint'd Arctic Squid deck. Or just get 6 of anything to pay for half of our 12 card penalty from last round.
Salvage 2 Discords if you want to keep 2 Entropy decks (Nova deck and Antimatter deck). Also could use the 2 Amethyst Dragons and/or Maxwell's Demon in that Entropy Duo. Otherwise, use cards for penalty or converting.
6 Poison by themselves is pretty slow. So maybe 1 Arsenic to give us 3? The rest can be used for penalties or converting
Discard:
6 EQs, 6 Pendulums
4 Graboids, 5 Dragons, 3 Pendulum
2 Discords, 1 Procrastination, 4 Pharaohs, 5 Factories [edit: 9 Factories]
5 Blessings, 2 Miracles, 5 Dune Scorpions (we tried it twice; it failed twice)
6 Devourers, 2 Steals, 2 Vampire Stilettos, 2 Black Dragons
That'd still leave us with 9 EQs, 8 Graboids, 13 Devonian Dragons. So we could still make:
