I'll say that without gravity fractaling the scarabs is of lower interest. Obviously you would be faster to produce damage but it would also give them fractal to salvage if you loose.

Aether being quite quanta demanding the earth version seem the better option for me here. I would upgrade the Pharaoh and the shield and obviously the QS.

BACk from a non needed no internet break also i agree with snowebs on this one and go for quicksand because fractaling with to gravity and them hbaving immortal creatures just isnt a great thing for us also the qs will slow them down and the pharoh along with the upgraded shield will really help.
