For me, time music should be both futuristic and old, fast and slow, you should feel the moment and all eternity in it.

Right now my suggestions are:

Nightwish - The Pharaoh Sails to Orion

Fits the Egyptian theme and is aggressive and strong enough for a war anthem.

Nightwish - Moondance

An instrumental music that (IMHO) fits perfectly with blade-dance... and (IMHO) blade-dance fits perfectly with time.
Think of Protoss warriors, with vorpal blades, running 20 times faster than a mortal could and killin' & dancin' like a ballet with pointy thingies.

I think a war anthem should be more aggressive and if possible should be instrumental, without vocal.
Still, if you find some other worthy songs post them and we may change our anthem, or we can make a huge playlist and use it to intimidate foes :P
