Deja Vu is a great ability, especially when you beef up this card beforehand.

This card is great is great when paired with adrenaline. An adrenaline deja vu, if it uses his ability, translates in 2 8-dmg-congeal-free-creatures. Check one of SG's decks for further strategy on this combo.

I am working on a deja vu/eternity/scarab combo right now. Seems that rewinded deja vus can fill you map pretty fast.

I like Deja Vu more as a mutant ability. I once got 3 Devonian Dragons from it, and the last one had Dive.

I know how to counter them, killfer. >.> My farm deck is solely a speed deck with no elements of control at all; it's designed to win by turn 4. It's just damage, damage, damage. I'm unwilling to pack Fire Storms or Gases in my deck.

And unstable gas would not be a good counter, because before you can play 3 of these you would be dead. Lobotomize would be way better (cheaper and quicker), just remove deja vu's ability to copy itself, remove momentum, remove adrenaline ;P
And you can easily add it in water/aether rush decks (fractal crawlers/puffers/dragons anyone?)

Though I also had an idea some time ago to make a deja vu/momentum/adrenaline deck and the only reason I did not make it is because I don't have elite deja vus.
