Nice deck. I have created a similar deck here (

My thoughts:
- Not too many Reverse Times, +1 Eternity , because it´s the reusable form of the card.
- An ideal environment for the Time Nymph.
- Hourglass, vs Precog.
- Devonian Dragon vs. Ghosts of the Past: You can replace the one by the other, to optimize your quanta usage.
